BTS SITE CONSTRUCTION

Project and construction management, procurement, material management, logistics and site installation supervision. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of sites.

Scope includes site clearing, civil works, supply and erection of steel lattice towers, palisade fencing, fully reticulated air-conditioned equipment shelters, AC power supplies, earthing, back-up generators with fuel tanks, DC power supply, fire suppression systems, alarms, RF cables and antennas. Compilation of all site and construction documentation.
