Electrical Engineer

Textile Engineer

Unix Administrator

College degree with minimum of 3 years of experience and proficiency is required in UNIX Admin, a strong Solaris and Linux experience required, HPUX would be a plus, Oracle 8i and or 9i DBA "type" experience required, Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and scripting languages (preferably Perl), Apache setup and administration experience would be a plus, experience with Java application servers. Web Developer

College degree preferred with 2 year min. experience, Junior and senior level front end web developer to provide ASP, VBScript and JScript coding skills to an enterprise intranet application. Work from code specs and debug existing issues with the application. Highly self motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Contracts Specialist

Negotiate, administer, extend, terminate and renegotiate contracts in connection with both standards and customized agreements between company and outside vendors and other contracting parties;  Draft and review term sheets and initial and subsequent versions of simple agreements; Administer legal department contracts manual and knowledge bank and non-disclosure agreement processing; Draft and review contracts with European customers.  Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree (or foreign equivalent) with one year of previous experience in this position.
